To operate the Service, we collect and store:

• Account data — name, email, and login details for you and your workspace members.
• Portal and client data — the portals, clients, and projects you set up.
• File and message data — files you upload, their metadata, and messages exchanged within the Service.
• Billing data — credit balances and transaction records (card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
• Tool-run data — inputs and outputs from AI-assisted tools needed to provide and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
• operate client portals, file sharing, and messaging;
• run AI-assisted tools to produce the outputs you request;
• process credit purchases, billing, and refunds; and
• communicate with you about your account and support requests.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI-assisted tools, the inputs you provide are processed to generate the requested outputs and are retained according to the product’s retention settings. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models except as needed to deliver the feature you requested.

4. File Storage

Uploaded files are stored in configured object storage operated by our infrastructure providers. We apply reasonable measures to protect stored files, but you are responsible for the content you upload and share.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud and object storage, and AI processing providers. These providers may only process data on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention of tool-run inputs and outputs follows the product retention policy.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To request a data export or deletion, or to exercise other privacy rights, contact our support team. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
