Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of cflow (the “Service”), an agency and media operations platform that provides client delivery portals, AI-assisted delivery tools, and credit-based billing. cflow is owned and operated by DIGITAL BEE LLC (“DIGITAL BEE LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

cflow lets agencies and operators manage client delivery portals, run AI-assisted tools to generate summaries, reports, and related outputs, exchange messages and files with clients, and manage usage through a credit-based billing model. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve or maintain the Service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you are responsible for ensuring that anyone you invite to your workspace complies with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the files, messages, and other content you upload or share through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant DIGITAL BEE LLC the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for what you deliver to your clients.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses AI tools to assist with summaries, reports, and other outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it or delivering it to clients. DIGITAL BEE LLC does not warrant the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI outputs.

6. Credits, Billing, and Refunds

Paid usage is handled through a credit-based model. Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing credits you authorize the applicable charges. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually; an approved refund reverses the matching credits from your balance. Credits have no cash value except as required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processing, cloud storage, and AI processing. Your use of those services through cflow may be subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our integration of them into the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL BEE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service, its users, or DIGITAL BEE LLC. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
